    Guten Tag,
    ich wäre sehr dankbar für ein Rat.
    Ist eine Soforttimplantation ratsam, wenn der Zahn eine tiefe Paradontale Tasche hat?
    Ich habe im Internet gelesen, dass direkt nachdem Zahnextraktion bei Parodontites kann man ohne Problem einen Keramikimplantat setzen, aber bei Titanimplantat muss man bei Parodontose erst die Wunde 3-4 Monaten abheilen lassen.
    Stimmt das?
