Ziel der Veröffentlichung war eine systematische Übersicht zu Effekten auf die Knochenregeneration bei Anwendung Plättchenreichen Plasmas (PRP). Schlussfolgerung: Wir fanden Belege für positive Wirkungen von PRP bei der Behandlung von Parodontaldefekten. Die Beweislage für positive Wirkungen bei Sinusbodenelevationen erschien schwach. Zu sonstigen Anwendungen von PRP in der Zahnheilkunde können keine Aussagen getroffen werden.
