Oberkiefer Eckzahn-Implantat

Hallo

in den nächsten Tagen soll mein Eckzahn gezogen werden. Hatte vor 5 Jahren WSR. Nun wieder Entzündung. Leider nicht mehr behandelbar. Überkront.

Meine Frage: Wann kann das Implantat nach Zahnentfernung eingesetzt werden?

The implant can be placed immediately after extraction if there no infection .
The procedure will be :
1. Make a radiological stent with Lego reference
2. Go to make a CT or cone Beam
3. Analyze the site and make a computer simulation and implant planning
4. Make surgical guide.
5. Prepare all the items: Implant, abutment and the temporary crown before the implantation
6. Extract the tooth; place the implant, the abutment and the temporary crown.

Approximated time (7 days) including CT, Analyze , guide and prosthetic.

Hallo,

verzögerte Sofortimplatation 6-8 Wo nach Zahnentfernung. Wahrscheinlich ist aber Knochenaufbau nötig wegen WSR Knochendefekt!

Hallo, besten Dank für die Antwort.

Mein ZA hat mir nach dem Röntgen nichts davon gesagt, dass evtl. nicht genügend Knochen vorhanden sein könnte. Oder sieht man dieses erst nach der Zahnziehung u. Abheilung?

Ist es besser im OK Keramik-Implantate zu verwenden?
