About 5 months ago I had a tooth implanted on my left lower jaw. Since 3 weeks ago the tooth and the pin are lose and I already have scheduled an appointment to have the implant removed. My question is whether I should let the same dentist re-implant my tooth, or should I go to another dentist? Or, should I have a bridge put in instead of an implant? Also, should a new implant on the old implant be convered by a warranty?

it`s quite not clear, what you are talking about.
Did you get a tooth transplantation with an transdental pin fixation, or did you get an artificial rooth (Implant) ? What is the reason for the removing, are there any problems withe the bone ? We need more special information about your real situation befor giving advise.

befor any further re- implant procedures take place, the reason for the implant-loss should be investigated.
Usually there is no warranty for medical therapies, but many implantologists offer support in case something goes wrong. If you still have confidence in your dentist, you should diskuss this matter. If you´re not satisfied, you should look for a second opinion on it.
