Warum sollte eine Sofortbelastung nach Sofortimplantation generell zu einem Implantatverlust führen?

Hallo Herr Wollschläger, sicher muss man unterscheiden zwischen Sofortimplantation = Implantation in Extraktionsalveole und Sofortbelastung. (weiter...)
